Purchasing Match or Event Tickets

What’s On Sale?

All customers can browse all fixtures/events on sale by visiting the Online Ticket Homepage. You may choose to view all availability or filter to specific match/event types by using the “Home Fixtures/Away Fixtures/Tours etc” tabs in the “Upcoming Matches” panel. This can all be done without the need to login.

What Can I Buy?

Aston Villa Football Club match tickets will usually go on priority sale to supporters, dependant upon the level of interaction you have had with the Club in the past. The level of priority is represented by the symbol located in the “Open To” column of the Homepage. If you are unsure what these symbols mean – and how they apply to you – go to the “Symbol Key” link in the “Upcoming Matches” panel.

Browsing For Ticket Availability

By clicking onto the “Get Tickets” button next to a fixture/event, you will be able to see the seat availability within any given area/block. A simple traffic light system provides easy reference regarding the level of availability within a given area/event; Green=Good Availability; Amber=Limited Availability; Red=Sold Out.

Clicking into an area which you would like to purchase tickets within (and which has availability for purchase) will bring up a range of available price bands (Standard/Junior (Under 16)/Over 65 etc) and a dropdown list allowing you to choose the number of tickets you require for your chosen fixture/event, usually to a maximum of 6 tickets per fixture/event.

When happy with your selection, simply click on the “Add to Basket” section to continue.

Important Note: Where a fixture/event displays the GS symbol, you can proceed to view availability for that event without logging-in. However, events which display ST, M or BH symbols require the user to login before proceeding as they are under Priority Sales conditions. If you do not have the requisite priority settings – you are not a Season Card Holder, for instance – the match will not be available for you to purchase tickets for until the Priority settings have dropped to your level.

It is essential that you register and use only ONE Client Reference account whenever you wish to purchase tickets from Aston Villa, whether Online or via the Ticket Office, as this will give you the ability to build-up your Booking History, allowing you greater priority to purchase tickets for Category AA, Category A, away and cup fixtures. If you use multiple accounts, you may not be eligible to purchase the tickets you really want.

Visiting The Shopping Basket The Shopping Basket displays all items/tickets that you have expressed an interest in purchasing within your journey around the Online Ticket Office.

Here, you will find details of the event(s) you have browsed/added to your basket, the number of tickets you have requested and the prices/price bands at which you intend to make your purchases. Items will remain in your Shopping Basket for 15 minutes before being cleared and made available for purchase by other users.

Should you wish to add tickets for other events, click on the “Continue Shopping” link to return to the Ticket Homepage.

Amending your details

You can amend your personal details whenever you are on the Online Ticket Office website by clicking the Login/Register link at the top right-hand side of the screen and clicking on the “Update My Details” link within the “My Account” section.
