Online ticket purchasing - priority sales
Season ticket holders and Club Members all have client reference numbers. In order to be able to purchase tickets during a priority sales window that is relevant to each level of membership logging in with the associated account is essential. Creating new accounts will not allow a priority ticket entitlement to be allocated.
To do this, if you have not used the service before, you need to chose the 'activate client reference' option at the log in page. You will be prompted for the client reference and surname that appears exactly how it does on the season ticket. From here you will be taken to an account screen and asked to edit your details and input a memorable password and current email address. Once done, you can navigate to the home page. The client reference number displayed in the top right hand corner of the screen should now match that of your season ticket.
If you are told that the account has already been activated you will need to select the 'forgotton password' option on the log in screen. You will be emailed a new default password to the email address we have registered against your account.
To purchase tickets on behalf of others during the relevant priority sales period simply add the number of tickets required to your basket. Once you have selected the 'checkout' option you will be ask to 'assign clients to seats'. You will need to input the client reference number and surname exactly as they appear on your TeamCard/Membership card. Please be aware that once an entitlement has been used, additional ticket requests will automatically be refused.
Please email email@example.com for additional help. Please note that during busy periods, weekends and hours of closure response time may vary.
