Q - How do I activate my online account?

A - When logging in for the first time as a season member you will need to click ‘Login’ situated at the top right hand corner of the screen. Once selected please choose the option ‘Activate my account’. You will then be asked for your account number (member ID of your season card) and Surname. Having filled in this you can click on activate account. You will now be taken to a new screen asking you to fill in all your personal information; you will also set up your own unique password which will be needed to sign in at future dates.

Q - How do I create an online account?

A - You would need to click on sign in at the top corner of this screen and then select the option ‘create account’.

Q - How do I log into my account?

A - You will have previously activated your online account or set up a new account. You once again click ‘Sign In. You will be asked for the email address and password which you provided during your activation process. *If you have forgotten your password you will see a link that says ‘Forgot your login details’ this option will send you a temporary password via email which will enable you to sign in. You can then change the password to whatever you would like once logged in.

Q - Do I qualify for a concession ticket?

A – Cardiff Blues supporters aged over 60 can obtain a senior ticket, fans aged under 16 can purchase a junior ticket, and full time students can purchase a student ticket. Please note Students must be in full time education.

Q - When do tickets go on sale?

A - Tickets are available for purchase 6 weeks before the date of the fixture.

Q - How will I receive my tickets?

A - If you have selected ‘Standard Post’ when booking, tickets will be posted by Royal Mail standard post. Tickets purchased with the ‘Collection’ method chosen will be left for your collection from the Ticket Office. If you are unsure if your tickets will be posted please contact

Q - How do I link accounts online?

A - Once logged in online you will need to click on ‘My Account’ this will take you to a new screen where you will see on the right hand side a link named ‘My Network’ once in this you will need to ‘search for existing users’, you can then enter the account number you are wanting to link along with their surname and click search. This will up the information for the supporter, you then just select them in order to add them to your network.

Q - Can I get a refund for my tickets?

A - All purchases are final. In the event of a match or event being cancelled or postponed, tickets would remain valid for the re-arranged fixture. Any further details regarding tickets for a re-arranged game will be posted on the club website.

What is TicketFast?

When you choose TicketFast as your delivery method, we will send you two emails - one is the confirmation of your booking while the other contains all the information regarding your TicketFast ticket and will have your tickets attached in .pdf format.

You can print these tickets yourself - they can be printed in black and white if you prefer.

This is a safe and secure and convenient way to ensure you have your tickets in your hand prior to any game. If more than one copy of each ticket is printed, only one copy will gain access to the ground as once the barcode on the ticket has been scanned at an entrance, all other duplicates of the barcode will be denied entry.

What if I don’t receive the email with my tickets attached?

This can take up to 10 minutes but if it doesn't arrive in your in box then check your spam and\or junk folders.

If not there, log into your online account and check that you have the correct email address entered against your account. This is the email that your tickets will have been sent to and can be changed before opting to resend your tickets.

If you need to re-send your TicketFast ticket at any time by logging into your online account and resending from your booking history.

What if I cannot print my tickets?
