What payment options are available for the 2018 Major Matches?

We accept most major cards, excluding Amex, Diners and Electron. Customers buying in-person at the Edgbaston Ticket Office also have the option of paying by cash or by making a cheque payable to Warwickshire County Cricket Club.

When will my tickets arrive?

Tickets will be sent out at least 2 weeks prior to the match.

When will my Car Park tickets arrive?

Car Parking tickets will arrive separately to your match tickets and they will arrive at least 2 weeks prior to the fixture.

Can Members bring guests along to the Major Matches?

Yes, members may purchase a ticket for a guest who may sit with them in the ‘Members Only’ sections of the Stadium, including the Members Lounge.

Can Junior Bears Club Members buy an adult ticket as their guest for the Major Matches?

Yes, each Member of the Junior Bears Club may purchase one adult ticket as their guest.

Can City Members buy tickets for a seat in the Pavilion Members' Lounge on Major Match days?

The Pavilion Members' Lounge will be allocated to Pavilion Members only. City Members will have the option of choosing a seat in any other stand within the stadium.

What additional car parking will be in place for the 2018 Major Matches?

Those who buy tickets for any of our 2018 Major Matches at Edgbaston are able to buy a car park pass which can be purchased online. Car Parking is available in the Nature Centre in Canon Hill Park and also in the Priory School Car Park which are both a 10 minute walk from the stadium. The car park at Edgbaston Stadium will have allocated disabled parking, which does need to be booked in advance with the Ticket Office, as there is limited availability. Can alcohol be brought into the ground for the Major Match days?

Unfortunately no alcohol is allowed into the ground for Major Match days and domestic Birmingham Bears T20 fixtures. This rule applies to all members and non-members and is a requirement from the International Cricket Council (ICC) and the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB).This policy has been introduced to ensure the safety and comfort of spectators in attendance at Edgbaston Stadium.

Is there an alcohol free, family stand for the major matches?

No, but we do have an alcohol controlled stand, for all 2018 Major Matches at Edgbaston the alcohol controlled stand will be the Drayton Manor Family Stand, blocks 1,2 and 3.

What is a major match?

A Major Match is an England team international fixture or the Vitality Blast Finals Day.

We have the following major matches confirmed at Edgbaston over the next two seasons:

2018 India Test Match, Australia IT20, Vitality Blast Finals Day

2019 Australia Test Match, ICC Cricket World Cup

How do I renew my membership online?

First of all you need to log in or activate your account if you have not used the website before (see below). Once you are logged in you should be able to see your previous membership available to renew or if you click on the Membership page you should see a box called “Manage My Membership” above the normal memberships available and it will allow you to renew from there.

I’m already a member, do I need to create an account?

No, if you already have a membership number or client reference number then all you need to do is activate your account by clicking on Activate Account on the log in page and enter your membership/client reference number and surname. It will then ask you to confirm your details and select a password.

I need to change my contact details, can I do it online?

Yes you can – Log in and then click on My Account near the top of the page, then click on Edit Details.

I’ve forgotten my password, how can I retrieve it?

At the log in page you will see a link saying “Forgot Password? – Click Here” next to the log in button, just click that and enter your email address.

I want to purchase a membership for myself, my partner and my child – How do I do it?

After logging in, click on My Account and then click on My Network. Go down to the bottom of the page and add them to your network by typing in their membership/client reference number and surname. Once they are linked to your account you can purchase memberships or tickets and when you go into your basket you just assign the items to the people you want.

How old do you need to be to have a ticket?

Anyone over the age of 2 must have a valid ticket to gain entry to the ground on any Domestic or Major Match Day. Anyone under the age of 2 is free of charge as long as they do not require a seat.
