The Red Wall Membership
Membership begins after your application has been processed and will continue for the duration of the
qualifying campaign. Should Wales qualify for the final stage of the tournament, or a play-off match, then priority will be given to paid-up 2018-2020 Red Wall adult and junior members when it comes to allocating tickets.
Away match tickets will continue to only be available to Gold and Junior members and will not be available via
general sale under any circumstances. When purchasing away tickets all lead applicants will be required to submit their travel and accommodation details, via a survey link which will be emailed to them, to comply with South Wales Police requests and fan travel safety.
Tickets purchased are strictly for personal use, or for the personal use of the supporter whose membership a ticket has been assigned to. Anybody found to be purchasing tickets either to build up their booking history with no intention of travelling or to pass on to another will have their membership reviewed which may result in previous booking history being cancelled and deleted from their account.
Your application will be returned if your application is incomplete, invalid information is given or there is a problem with your method of payment.
Tickets sold for international matches through this website or through the booking line must be for Wales fans only, unless otherwise stated. Fans of the visiting team, fans who reside in that country, or anyone the FAW believes to be supporting the visiting team will not be issued tickets for the Wales section. Bookings made online will be cancelled prior to the event and a refund will be processed.
If you have a Statutory Football Banning Order against you, you will not be permitted to apply for membership. If a Statutory Football Banning Order is issued to you during the membership period your membership will be terminated immediately and you will be notified in writing.
Tickets purchased for FAW events must not be sold on to a third party or unlicensed agent. Any tickets found to have been passed on to such an agency will be cancelled with no refund.
In addition, the Football Association of Wales retains the discretion to terminate your membership at any time - in this case you will be contacted in writing. No refund of the membership fee will be made in case of termination.
Aggressive or abusive behaviour towards any FAW member of staff will not be tolerated and could result in membership being terminated and booking history cancelled.
All match and ticket information will be posted on our website and members will also be updated on
various matters by email. www.faw.cymru/tickets
Before purchasing your tickets in a disabled section, we will require proof of disability. If you have
not already supplied this information please post, fax or scan and email details to the FAW at the
details below. We accept photocopies of PIP showing the carer component or an original letter from your GP
or hospital. We do not accept Blue Badge permits as proof.
Please note, in the event of a restricted home or away match ticket allocation, a loyalty-based system will be used. This may be based on specific membership, tournament ticket or individual match booking history.
The same system will be used should Wales qualify for the final stage of the 2020 European Championships.
Booking history awarded to adult and junior members will be carried forward from the previous campaign only (2018 World Cup Qualifiers), however FAW reserves the right to also consider booking history from the campaign before if required, in this case the Euro 2016 Qualifiers. Booking history will only be valid if you quote your membership number at the point of purchase. Points will not be added to your account retrospectively, nor will we acknowledge bookings made through another party.
Juniors must be age 16 and under on 1st September 2018. Anyone who turns 17 before this date
should apply for an adult membership.
Club & School Membership
This membership enables club and school members to apply for tickets under the Kickback Scheme. This scheme rewards clubs and schools with 20% cashback from the total cost of tickets purchased for home matches. This membership does not give priority on away match tickets, nor would it allow members priority in the event Wales qualifies for the final stage of a major tournament.
