Q. Are tickets available to purchase on a match by match basis?
A. Yes, but we would always recommend booking as far in advance as possible. Closer to game day tickets can be limited, so book early to avoid disappointment. We are currently on sale with all confirmed fixtures for the 2017/18 season

Q. How can I purchase tickets?
A. Newcastle Falcons and Newcastle Thunder tickets can be purchased online at this Online Ticket Office, by calling the Ticket Office on 0871 226 6060, or by visiting the Kingston Park Stadium Ticket Office.

Q. What are the prices for tickets?
A. The price of your ticket depends on a number of factors, including where in the stadium you would like your ticket for, how old you are, and who we’re playing! However, pricing starts from just £12 for adult tickets

Q. Do you cater for disabled supporters?
A. Yes, we have a number of different options available to suit our disabled supporters. Please give the Ticket Office a call on 0871 226 6060 where a member of the team can discuss options with you.

Q. Do you offer discounts for groups?
A. Yes, for groups of 15 or more we can offer a discount on tickets. Please email or call 0191 214 2812

Q. When will I receive the tickets I have purchased?
A. Match tickets are posted out around 3 weeks before the fixture. If you haven’t received your tickets by the week of the game, please contact the Ticket Office on 0871 226 6060

Q. Am I entitled to a concession ticket?
A. Concession tickets are available to those who are aged 65+, or full time students aged 16 and over. Please ensure that you bring your proof of concession status with you, as this may be checked upon entry.

Q. Can I use the ‘Print-at-Home’ option?
A. The ‘Print-at-Home’ option is available for all Newcastle Falcons home fixtures, simply choose this as your delivery method when proceeding with your booking. You will then be sent an email with a PDF attachment containing your tickets. Please ensure to print the barcoded tickets and not just the confirmation email, as you will need these to gain entry to the stadium

Q. Where is the best place in the stadium to sit?
A. There is no ‘best’ place in the stadium to book, as it’s all about how you enjoy to watch a game. We have a number of different seating and standing options available. Please note, the South Stand, South-East Terrace, North-East Terrace, and North Stand are all unreserved standing areas. Seats can be found in the West and East Stands. Why not give the Ticket Office a call on 0871 226 6060, and a member of the team would be happy to discuss the best options with you

Q. I have purchased a ticket, but now I can’t make it. Do you offer refunds?
A. Unfortunately not. Refunds are not given except in extreme circumstances. We are able to ‘credit’ your account with us, as long as you let us know at least 48 hours before kick-off, so that you can redeem against tickets for a future fixture. Give the Ticket Office a call on 0871 226 6060 to discuss in more detail

Q. I am a season ticket member, and want to use my Ticket Exchange for a game I can’t make it to. How do I do it?
A. Season ticket holders who are unable to attend a fixture are able to cancel their ticket for the game and redeem an extra ticket for another fixture; all you need to do is contact the Ticket Office at least 48 hours before kick-off of the game you can’t attend. The game that you wish to have extra tickets for must be in the same competition as the one you couldn’t attend (i.e Premiership for Premiership, AW Cup/European for AW Cup/European). Please note, tickets available on the Ticket Exchange scheme are subject to availability.

Q. I have purchased a ticket for a junior who now can’t make the match. Can an adult use their ticket instead?
A. You are able to upgrade any junior or concession tickets, so that adults can use them instead. Give the Ticket Office a call on 0871 226 6060 where a member of the team will be able to discuss options with you

Q. Why did my ticket cost more than my friend’s?
A. Ticket price can depend on where in the stadium you purchase your tickets, and how old you are! Advanced rate tickets are available up until the day before the game, after which a £3 premium applies to all tickets

Q. Why are tickets for some games on 'Register Interest' rather than onsale?
A. All fixtures that have been confirmed by Premiership Rugby are on sale, otherwise they are on 'Register your Interest' until exact kick off date and time confirmed. TV scheduling is usually confirmed around 10 weeks before a given fixture, and then the game will be released for sale.
