WRU Accessibility Ticket Information
From the start of the 2016/17 season, the Welsh Rugby Union will operate an online ballot system to allocate tickets to wheelchair users and ambulant disabled supporters for home international fixtures at Principality Stadium. Below are some FAQs that may assist with the application process:
Q. Why is an online ballot held to allocate tickets?
A. The demand for both wheelchair bay and ambulant disabled tickets is usually extremely high for home international fixtures, with a comparable limited number of available tickets in these areas. As a result, all successful ballot applications are drawn at random and tickets cannot be guaranteed.
Q. How can I enter the ballot?
A. For full information on how to enter the ballot for future international fixtures, please contact the WRU Customer Care team on Customercare@wru.wales or 02920 822432. Supporters will be given a specific window to enter the ballot for individual fixtures and will be notified via email with opening and closing dates to make applications.
Q. When and how will I know if my application has been successful?
A. All ballot applicants will be informed via email shortly after the closing deadline if their application(s) has been successful or not. If successful, payment will be taken using the card details provided during the application process at a time specified by the WRU. Please note that card details are securely stored and are encrypted and will also be used in the event that your ballot application is successful.
Q. What tickets will I be allocated if successful?
A. All successful applicants will be issued with 2 tickets, 1 full price and a complimentary companion ticket. Tickets will be allocated subject to availability of price bands. Wheelchair bay tickets are usually priced in category A and D, with ambulant disabled tickets in price band B. Q. Can I purchase more than 2 tickets?
A. Although successful applicants will be automatically allocated 2 tickets if their application is successful, it may be possible to purchase additional tickets in a similar area to the tickets allocated from the ballot (subject to availability). On receiving notification that your application has been successful, please contact the Customer Care Team via Customercare@wru.wales with the number of additional tickets that you require and a member of the team can advise of specific seating options.
Q. Can I cancel my ballot application?
A. Prior to the specified closing deadline, it is possible to cancel any ballot applications made online. For more information, please contact the Customer Care Team.
Q. What facilities are available Principality Stadium for disabled supporters?

Q. I am attending an event at Principality Stadium, is there any on-site parking available?
A. Unfortunately, no parking is available at the Stadium itself. We would recommend contacting the BT Sport Cardiff Arms Park (which is also located on Westgate Street) by calling 02920 302000 as parking spaces may be available. Several park and ride sites are also operated by Cardiff City Council, full information regarding this service and other useful event day information can be found by clicking here .
Q. How do I purchase accessible tickets for non-WRU events at the Stadium?
A. For third party events at the Stadium, the event promoter will decide the process of how accessible seats are allocated. For further information, please contact the Customer Care Team via Customercare@wru.wales and you will be advised on how to obtain tickets for the event that you wish to attend.
