Debenture Holders

Tickets for the Six Nations 2019 home fixtures are now available to Debenture Holders, with a closing date of Wednesday 17th October 2018. To complete a purchase online, Debenture Holders will need to login to an existing online account and click the 'reserved tickets' button on the right hand side of the page. It will then be possible to add the reserved tickets to the basked and complete the transaction.

Following the closing date, tickets can be requested but are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Should tickets be available, alternative seats may be issued. Debenture tickets purchased prior to the closing date will be received before Christmas.

WRU Supporters Club Members

In previous seasons, WRU Supporters Club Members have had access to enter a ballot for England tickets and a priority sale window for Ireland. It is anticipated that this will be the case this season but this cannot be confirmed until all requests have been received from clubs and Debenture Holders and the number of remaining tickets is known. Once the sales process is confirmed for Supporters Club Members, this page will be updated and members will be notified via email.

General Sale

Due to high demand expected from WRU Clubs and Debenture Holders, it is not anticipated that tickets for the Six Nations 2019 home fixtures against England and Ireland will be released for general sale. Should tickets not be released for general sale, tickets can be purchased via the following official channels:

• From a local WRU rugby club

• Official WRU Hospitality by calling 02920 822 041 or clicking  here.

• Seatwave is the WRU's official resale marketplace and the only approved secondary market website, tickets can be listed for sale or purchased by clicking  here.

• Gullivers Sports Travel is the WRU’s Official Travel Partner and can be contacted by calling 01684 878489 or clicking  here.

• Events International is the WRU’s Official Hospitality Operator and can be contacted by calling 01432 263263 or clicking  here.

Accessible Seating

For WRU home international fixtures, an online ballot system is used to allocate all accessible seating for wheelchair users and ambulant disabled supporters as demand is expected to outweigh supply. The accessibility ballot for the Six Nations 2019 is now open for applications and supporters who have previously entered the ballot can apply by logging in using their registered email address and password, where payment details can then be entered. The closing date for applications will be as follows:

England: Monday 22nd October 2018

Ireland: Thursday 25th October 2018

Customers who wish to to apply for accessible seating for the first time should email Customercare@wru.wales and state if tickets as a wheelchair user or ambulant disabled supporter would be required if successful.

Booking Fees

Booking fees will not apply to any tickets purchased by WRU Debenture Holders or Supporters Club Members. If applicable, booking fees for the Six Nations home fixtures will be charged at £3 per ticket.

Ticket Delivery

All Debenture tickets ordered prior to the closing date of Wednesday 17th October 2018 will be received no later than Friday 21st December 2018. All other tickets will be received by post no later than 3 weeks prior to the fixture.

Secondary Market Ticketing

Seatwave is the WRU's official resale marketplace and is the only authorised secondary market website for supporters to sell and purchase tickets for home international fixtures at Principality Stadium. We strongly advise against purchasing tickets from any other secondary market websites such as Viagogo and Stubhub UK as these are not official and we cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased via such sources and entry to the stadium may be refused. We are unable to check the validity of tickets purchased from such websites in advance of the game itself, this will only be known once the tickets are presented to be scanned at the gate.
