Please note that the information below regarding ticket delivery only refers to tickets purchased directly from the WRU either via the Official Online Ticket Office or over the phone. If you have purchased tickets from any other ticket agents, please contact them directly regarding the status of your order. This page is updated regularly to include any further relevant information.
I have ordered tickets online but my email confirmation shows that they are to be sent to an incorrect address, what should I do?
On completing an online ticket purchase, you will not be prompted to enter a specific delivery address. As a result the tickets will be posted to the address on the account at the time that they are printed. Should you amend the address on your online account the same day as completing your purchase, there is no need to contact the ticket office as your tickets will automatically be posted to the correct address.

Speedway GP 2018
All accessible tickets purchased have now been posted and will be received before Monday 16th July.
Under Armour Series 2018
All Debenture tickets ordered prior to the closing date of Friday 27th July will be received before Friday 31st August. All other tickets will be received no later than 2 weeks prior to the fixture.
