What is TicketFast?
TicketFast is a free electronic delivery method where you can “Print at Home”.

How does the “Print at Home” service work?
Fast, simple and convenient. Choose “Print at Home” as your delivery method when completing the payment for your tickets and we will send you an email confirmation with your E-tickets attached as a PDF file. The email will contain all the help you need for saving and printing your E-tickets. E-Tickets for friends can be forwarded to them – they can print their own.

Why use “Print at Home”?
To prevent your tickets from getting lost in the mail, you can print your E-tickets any time prior to the event & it’s free!!

How do I receive my ticket?
You can either receive your ticket via email with our free “Print at Home” service or tickets can be posted First Class (£3) or Recorded Delivery (£6) by Royal Mail. Tickets will be posted the same day you buy them providing the order is placed before 2.30pm. Royal Mail specify 1-2 days delivery but do not guarantee that delivery will be within this time. Tickets will be posted in a window envelope with a return address label on them. If you require the tickets as a gift item, please contact the Box Office directly. If you require your tickets immediately, please select the Print at Home option.

Is there a booking fee?
Yes. There is a £2 per ticket booking fee except for free children's tickets. If you buy admission and grandstand seats in one order, you will only pay the booking fee on the admission tickets.

Will my E-ticket be accepted at the gate?
Yes. It is a valid ticket. The E-ticket you print yourself will be scanned by a Santa Pod staff member and will gain you admission.

Is there a limit on the number of tickets I can purchase?
Yes. For certain events, the maximum single online order is 9 admission tickets. To bulk book tickets for groups you will need to phone the Box Office on 01234 782828 to place your order.

What cards are accepted?
Most major credit/debit cards can be used but we cannot accept charge cards.

Are tickets refundable if I change my mind?
No. All tickets are non-refundable.

Do you post abroad or to the Republic of Ireland?
No. The best way would be book online and use the “Print at Home” option therefore you would receive your ticket via email. If you do not select the “Print at Home” option, then your tickets will be left for collection on arrival with a £3 collection fee. Tickets will be available for collection from the venue entrance. You will need to bring proof of ID in order to collect the tickets.

Why haven’t I received my E-ticket?
Please allow at least one hour for your emails to arrive. Make sure you have used the correct email address. Make sure that your spam guard and junk mail settings allow you to receive emails with attachments. Check your junk mail folder. If you have still not received your E-ticket after these checks, please contact the Box Office on (01234) 782828 or from outside the UK 00 44 1234 782828.

Do I need any special hardware or software to print my own E-ticket?
You will probably have all that you need i.e. a printer – inkjet or laser jet, colour or black and white. Use plain white A4 paper. Make sure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader version 4.0 or higher. This can be downloaded free CLICK HERE

What if I cannot print my E-ticket?
Make sure your printer is turned on. Check to make sure that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher. If you don't have it, download it for free: click here . If you have problems close down all unnecessary programs and check the cables. If you do not arrive with a valid ticket, then Santa Pod Raceway will charge a handling fee to re-print your tickets.

What if I print more than one copy of my E-ticket or a photocopy is made of my E-ticket?
Only one copy will gain you entrance to the venue. Once the barcode on the ticket has been scanned, all other duplicates of the barcode will be denied entry. If this happens the bar code scanner will alert the attendant that the ticket has already been scanned and an entry into the venue has been allowed.

What if my E-tickets are stolen?
Reprint your E-tickets from the original email. Previous print outs will become invalid.

Do Caravan Club members get discount?
Yes. Caravan Club members get a 20% discount off tickets which must be booked during the 'advance' ticket price period. Eligible tickets must be booked with the box office only for Santa Pod organised events. These tickets will be left on the gate for collection at the advanced ticket booth where you will need to show your membership card in order to collect them. If you do not have your membership card unfortunately you will have to pay full price on the day. This discount does not apply to grandstand seats or 3rd party organised events and cannot be used in conjunction with any other credit offer.

What is an “Adverse Weather Ticket Policy”?
In case of certain events being severely affected by adverse weather, please retain your ticket as a credit value may be attributed to your ticket. Any value awarded will be at the discretion of the Event Organizer. Where a credit value has been given, the relevant admission/grandstand ticket may then be redeemed in advance for the specified amount for a future Santa Pod organized event – valid for 12 months up to and including the relevant event affected.

  • TICKETS MUST BE REDEEMED IN ADVANCE - Redemption must be made by contacting the Box Office directly on 01234 782828 no later than the Friday 1 week prior to the event requested (Redemption can not be made on the gate), tickets bought on the gate must be posted to the office with your contact details before redemption can be made. Credit values/tickets to be redeemed on a 1 for 1 basis. No monetary refund is given. If the new event is of a lesser value then the credit value, then any unused credit value will be lost.

    Postage & Booking fees will still apply.

    The Adverse Weather Policy only applies to the following Drag Racing Meetings and RWYB days NOT specialist events:

    - FIA European Drag Racing Championships - The European Finals
    - National Finals
    - Extreme Performance Bike Weekend
    - RWYBs
    - Saturday Night Specials
    - Peak Performance Days
    - Pro Peak Performance

    Credit values can NOT be used at the following third party events:

    - GTI Spring Fest
    - Classic Ford
    - PV Show
    - Mini in the Park
    - VW Action
    - GTI Festival

    Return your tickets along with your name, telephone number and address to: Santa Pod Raceway, Airfield Road, Podington, Northants, NN29 7XA and the Box Office staff will contact you to process your order.

    Can I use Santa Pod gift vouchers online?

    Gift vouchers cannot be used online, please send in your gift vouchers with a covering note and a contact number. Our Box Office staff will contact you once the letter has been received.

    Are the grandstand seats allocated?
    At certain events. The main Grandstand that overlooks the drag strip will be allocated seating where you have had to pay for a seat. At events where Grandstand seating is free, seating is not allocated but operates on a first come, first served basis. Grandstand seats are only allocated at events where the seats are paid for. Your seat numbers will be printed on your tickets and this will allow you to come and go as you please. Please note a grandstand ticket must be purchased for children. You can pre-book and select your seats in advance online via an interactive seating plan.
    Grandstand seating in the Live Action Arena is usually free and is not allocated. Please check the website or with the Box Office before the event.

    Can i just take my booking confirmation as proof of purchase?
    No - you must arrive at the venue with your Print at Home tickets printed out. The Box Office will charge a handling fee to anyone who arrives at the venue without their tickets.

    Protect your E-ticket as you would any other event ticket and make sure you keep it in a safe place or print it just prior to attending the event.
