Q - How will I receive my tickets?

A - If there is enough time, prior to the fixture, when booking, tickets will be posted by Royal Mail standard post. Tickets ordered close to the matchday will be left for your collection from the Ticket Office. If you are unsure if your tickets will be posted please contact the Ticket Office. If your tickets are posted to you, and you do not receive them prior to the matchday, please contact the Ticket Office where we can arrange for duplicates to be printed and the originals cancelled. The duplicates will then be available for you to collect on the day of the game.

Q - How do I upgrade my ticket?

A - You would need to come to the ticket office with the season ticket you are upgrading and pay the difference between a concessions ticket and an adults ticket. Depending on which category game you are upgrading would determine as to whether it would be £17.50 or £22.50. This does not apply for children upgrading in the South Stand. Upgrading a South Stand Junior season ticket would cost the full ticket price.

Q - If I can’t make a game can somebody go in my place?

A - Yes. If you are an adult anyone can use the ticket regardless of age as you have paid the maximum price. If you are a concession priced season ticket holder you would then be faced with the upgrade fee for an adult or your ticket can be used like for like i.e. Senior for senior or student for student.

A - Once logged in online you will need to click on ‘My Account’ this will take you to a new screen where you will see on the right hand side a link named ‘My Network’ once in this you will need to ‘search for existing users’, you can then enter the account number you are wanting to link along with their surname and click search. This will pull up the information for the supporter, you then just select them in order to add them to your network.

Q - How much is it to upgrade a child’s season ticket for one game?

A - Again depending on the category of game it will differ between £17.50 and £22.50, these are the prices that you will be charged if you are a junior season ticket holder in the East, West or North Stands only. If you are a junior season ticket holder in the South Stand you will have paid for the season ticket at a discounted price and because of this any upgrades will be charged at a full ticket price

Q - How do I join the jack army?

A - On the e-ticketing website the first option available is to join the Jack Army membership scheme. When on that you will notice a membership priced at £22.50 (this is for non-season ticket holders) and another priced at £7.50 (season ticket holders only) you would need to purchase the correct membership otherwise they will not be activated and will not work for you. You simply add the correct membership to your basket and follow the step by step guide. Please note there is then a booking fee of £2.50, making the total cost of the membership £25, or £10 respectively.

Q -What are the benefits of being a Jack Army Member?

A - As briefly mentioned in an earlier question, Jack Army members will get between a week and 2 weeks priority on purchasing tickets with us. This scheme gives you a much greater chance of purchasing tickets for any home or away games you have in mind. All tickets must be bought online during this period. Jack Army Members will also get the benefit of the #wearetwenty campaign, whereby any adult away match ticket purchased within the Jack Army window will cost no more than £20. Supporters are advised tickets purchased once sales reach general sale will be priced at full price.

Q - How do I buy tickets for the away end?

A - Any tickets to sit with the away fans at the Liberty Stadium must be purchased directly through the away club itself. We do not sell in these areas. Please note any away fans found located in home areas are liable to ejection without a refund.

Q - How does the ticket exchange work, and how much money will I get back?

A - The ticket exchange option becomes available when a home game is a complete sell out. This option is for season ticket holders who cannot make a specific home game and would like to sell their ticket on to another supporter. When logged in and a game is sold out you will notice under that game you can put your ticket up for ticket exchange by selecting the appropriate link. This option will expire 48 hours prior to the match, and if unsold, the ticket will return to you. There will be a percentage offered to you before you confirm to release your seat. This is usually around 50% of what the ticket sells for.

Q - What happens to the money when I use the ticket exchange buy back scheme?

A - The money stays in your account until the end of the current season. Whatever the balance of your account at the start of the renewal process the total amount gets deducted from your season ticket renewal price. Any money accrued after this date, will rollover to the following season renewal.

Q - What happens to my ticket exchange money if I choose to not renew?

A - Sadly if you choose not to renew your season ticket, you will lose any ticket exchange credit accrued, and the balance will not be carried forward.

Q - Can I get a refund for my tickets?

A - All purchases are final, however any applications for a refund must be made in writing at least 48 hours prior to the match, along with the return of any tickets issued. Any refunds granted will then be at the discretion of the Ticket Office. In the event of a match or event being cancelled or postponed, tickets would remain valid for the re-arranged fixture. Any further details regarding tickets for a re-arranged game will be posted on the club website.

Q - When will i receive my new 2017/18 Swans Season Ticket?

A - If renewing your 2016/17 season ticket with no changes to the name, seat or price category, you will not receive a new season card. Your 2017/18 Season ticket will be uploaded onto your existing card for continued use. If you have changed seat, category or price class, you will receive a new card prior to the start of the season.
